National Eagle Scout Award Ceremony

Join us in recognizing these Eagle Scouts for their community leadership. Scouting America and the Conquistador Council will present the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (NOESA) to two exceptional leaders, Mike “Winters” Sisson (Roswell TalkFM) and Steve Henderson (former Roswell City Councilor), during a special ceremony at Eastern New Mexico University–Roswell, ITC Commons, on Saturday, October 18, at 4:00 PM. The NOESA is a prestigious recognition awarded by Scouting America to Eagle Scouts who have demonstrated distinguished service at the local, state, or regional level. It highlights men whose professional accomplishments and community service reflect the high ideals of Scouting well beyond their time as youth members.
